Refund policy

We get it! You get something in the mail and it doesn't fit or it's just not your style. We want everything you order from MATCHBOX to make you feel SO GOOD!! 

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
This amount will be deducted from your product store credit. 
To start a return email himatchboxclothing@gmail.com and you will receive further instructions.

Once we receive your return & inspect it, we will send an electronic gift card to your email. Please allow 2-4 business days processing time  
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
unwashed
unworn
no scuff marks
no makeup or deodorant stains 
no wear and tear
original tags attached

You must put it in the mail within the 14-day return window from the day you received the package.

Defective or incorrect items
If the product is defective or you received the wrong item, we will take full responsibility and will make sure you get a new product or a refund to ensure your satisfaction. Incorrect/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product.
